Being an outsourcing company requires us to stay online for our customers as much as possible. We work with clients from such countries as Australia, the US, Germany, the UK, and others. That means there are different time zones we have to adjust to in order to have a smooth communication process and keep our teams aligned on the project.
Our communication process includes such activities as: -Quick status calls to briefly describe the current status of the project. (skype, zoom, slack,etc.); -Discovery calls that happen at the beginning of our cooperation. That is the stage where our Business analysts and Project Managers are involved the most to gather all the needs of your project and define time, scope and budget for it; -On-going chatting with our clients via defined communication channels to ensure that all questions are answered and everyone is clear about where we stand and where we are going
